Justin Duty battles throughout World 100 week
During the first week of September, Justin Duty traveled to Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio, for the crown-jewel World 100. A total of 101 Super Late Models were entered at the iconic half-mile oval for the 55th running of the event.
On the Thursday prelim night, Duty started eighth in his Shootout race aboard his Don Frank Floors No. 15 Super Late Model. He finished 10th, ending his evening before the 25-lap, $12,000-to-win features.
On Friday, Duty started 12th and finished in the same spot in his Shootout, bringing his night to a close before the 25-lap prelim features, once again paying $12,000 to win.
Saturday’s finale program saw Duty roll off 10th and come home 12th in his heat race. As a result, his World 100 bid came to a close in advance of the 100-lap, $72,000-to-win main event.
